We were wading our way up to the top of the mountain where this river emerges from the glacier and a nearby waterfall. While we looked around for a spot to take a small break , I found these interesting bushes full of wild flowers on the other side of the river. There was no way I could cross this river so I found this good spot right in the middle where the rocks were almost on the edge of being barely slippery and being deadly dangerous. I have set up my tripod in the water, using the surrounding rocks for an additional support for the tripod. It took another 20 minutes to compose this shot and wait until the wind would calm down.
In about half an hour when we finally reached our destination we met a grizzly bear with two cubs... But that's a whole different story :)
