This was the first day when we went to photograph fall colors in Colorado with Rodney Lough Jr. Jeep Sahara, which we rented a day before, took us to the high elevation point where we anticipated to photograph at sunrise. When we approached our destination, the sky suddenly lightened up with incredible pink color. We were late for what we hoped to be a great sunrise. The moment we arrived, the light that we expected was almost gone. We decided to take all of our gear out and setup anyway. While we were setting up and talking about photography, the sun hid behind the clouds and lid up the bottoms of the clouds. What a beautiful scene unfolded in front of us! Without further ado, it was the time to photograph. I made a few exposures before the light had gone away.
